Jill Tait
Aesthetic Nurse
Jill has been a qualified Registered General Nurse since 1984. Firstly, as a theatre nurse at Wansbeck & Cheviot NHS general hospital. This is where she gained her vast experience in surgical and medical care. In 1997 Jill joined one of the UKs largest cosmetic surgery clinics in Newcastle upon Tyne as their Theatre Nurse Manager, before training as an aesthetic practitioner in Manchester by the renowned Dr Roy Saleh, one of the leading specialists in non surgical treatments in this country. Jill has also undergone extensive additional training to qualify as an "Independent Nurse Prescriber", which qualifies her to prescribe prescription drugs, such as Botox, to her clients. Jill's experience and qualifications have made her one of the leading aesthetic practitioners in the UK. Her approach is distinguished by both a high level of clinical expertise and a compassionate and caring manner when treating her patients. She prioritises their comfort and relaxation throughout any procedure, ensuring a positive and safe experience for her clients. Jill's dedication and comprehensive background make her a respected figure in the aesthetic industry.
Dr Fiona Steedman

Dr Fiona Steedman graduated from Newcastle-upon-Tyne Medical School in 2006 with Honours and Distinction. Whilst pursuing a rewarding career in General Practice, her lifelong passion for Dermatology and Skin Health continued and her expertise were further cemented by obtaining the Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology, with Distinction, from the University of Cardiff in 2012. She completed her foundation training in Aesthetics in 2009 and she continues to expand her treatment portfolio, performing innovative and emerging treatment modalities whilst maintaining a focus on skin longevity, health and regeneration. She is known for her calm, friendly and honest consultations and brings to the team a strong foundation in clinical practice, with an eye for artistry and a commitment to subtle, sophisticated and scientifically-led outcomes. Home life is busy and entertaining and she lives with her husband, two daughters, two rabbits and her miniature goldendoodle, Lottie. She is delighted to be joining DRS Clinic, having had the privilege of being personally mentored by Dr Singh. His expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering natural, high-quality results are locally and nationally recognised. Richard Peppiat

Richard Peppiatt is an Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner with 18 years’ experience, recognised for his considered, results-driven approach to aesthetic medicine. Over the past five years, Richard has been personally trained and mentored by Dr Rashpal Singh. Being part of Dr Singh’s team is both a privilege and a reflection of his commitment to clinical excellence and continuous advancement within the field. Richard offers a highly personalised consultation experience, taking the time to understand each patient’s medical history, aesthetic concerns, and long-term goals. Through detailed assessment, he creates bespoke treatment plans tailored to the individual, always allowing space for considered decision-making. Alongside his clinical practice, Richard is a respected medical-legal expert in aesthetic medicine, providing independent opinion in medical negligence cases across the UK.
Helen Mcdermott

Helen McDermott has worked in the beauty and skincare industry since the age of 17. She began her career with No7 and Issey Miyake before spending 24 years working in a skin clinic, helping clients achieve healthier, more confident skin.Passionate about skincare, Helen enjoys using advanced skin-scanning technology to create personalised treatment plans and stays up to date with the latest aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and laser procedures.Helen finds the greatest reward in seeing her clients' confidence grow as their skin improves. She is proud to be part of the DRS Clinic team, where she is dedicated to helping clients achieve the best possible results.
Dr Phil Lamballe

Dr. Lamballe started his wide experience in General surgical and ENT procedures at Freeman Hospital ENT Department before turning to General Practice in 1990. From 1996 to present, he has been General Practitioner Partner at Saville Medical Group in Newcastle upon Tyne. Here, he strives to offer the best professional service he can for his patients including minor operations and joint injection techniques. While working as a busy GP he had a 9 year period where he specialised in Laser treatments with a leading U.K. Laser treatment Company. In 2001 he joined Transform Hospital Group as their Medical Aesthetic Practitioner where he gained a loyal patient base because of his caring approach and desire to put them first in everything he did, whichever field he was working in. His dedication to patient care and his extensive background make him well-equipped to provide high-quality services to clients seeking aesthetic treatments.

Giulia is an accomplished Clinic Manager with over 20 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, including 7 years in leadership. Having begun her career as an aesthetic therapist, she brings a wealth of hands-on expertise that underpins her thoughtful, patient-focused approach. She is passionate about nurturing her team’s development, sharing her knowledge, and upholding the highest standards of care. Giulia finds genuine fulfilment in helping patients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results, and is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where both patients and colleagues feel valued. Originally from Italy, Giulia relocated to the UK 12 years ago and successfully rebuilt her career in a new setting. This experience has shaped her resilience and adaptability. Giulia is truly delighted to be part of DRS and is excited to contribute to its continued growth. She looks forward to elevating the clinic experience even further, bringing her passion for aesthetics, attention to detail, and dedication to exceptional patient care to every aspect of her role.
