27th Apr 2018 by Admin
On 27th & 28th April Jill attended ACE 2018 (Aesthetics Conference & Exhibition) held at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London.
The ACE 2018 programme offered a varied and interactive range of educational sessions to suit aesthetic professionals at every stage of their career. Delegates could attend: Expert Clinic sessions featuring practical workshops and demonstrations. Masterclasses, consisting of presentations from leading industry speakers, and the Business Track sessions, with talks from experienced practitioners, consultants and advisors.
This year, The Elite Training Experience took place at ACE. Led by four of the UK’s top aesthetic trainers, these three-hour individual sessions offered a unique taster of the most advanced training available in the country. They consisted of, helping practitioners improve their consultation skills, improve their injection techniques, expanding their anatomy knowledge and increasing their understanding of complication management with guidance and live demonstrations from experts in medical aesthetics.
There were 49 educational sessions with 56 speakers covering all aspects of the aesthetic and beauty industry. There were 82 exhibitors covering training aids, product manufacturers and treatment devices. All under one roof.
Jill commented on the weekend, “At ACE, there is so much to take in over the 2 days with all the exhibitors and practical presentations. As everything isn’t associated to aesthetics, it’s important to plan your days to suit your working agenda. It’s always great to learn new ideas and practices from the practical workshops and demonstrations. The exhibitor’s hall was professionally laid out which made it easy to transverse between stands. It was a very enjoyable weekend from which I learned a great deal. Congratulations go to the organisers and helpers over the 2 days."
