The results of our latest Client Satisfaction Survey are in!
We recently wrote to clients to ask them to complete a short client satisfaction survey, where we asked a handful of questions in order to gauge the level of care, treatment ranges, safety, expertise and our clinic practice as a whole.
The results from the answers provided will enable us to improve our services as a whole for the benefit of existing and new clients alike.
We were delighted by the response and results of the survey. Everyone who took part were entered into a free prize draw whereby one lucky winner won £180 worth of FREE treatments to spend at the clinic on a treatment of their choice.
The questions in the survey covered specific areas relating to the clinic and how it is run.
- The consultation process
- The expertise of the practitioner
- How comfortable clients felt during/after treatment
- How pleased were clients with their treatment results
- Our communication with our clients
- Did clients feel relaxed & safe while visiting the clinic
- Would clients recommend Absolute Image to family & friends
99% of clients who completed the survey gave us top marks for the questions they answered. We are extremely proud to have attained such a great response from the results of our latest survey and it is something we are naturally delighted about.
As a result of this survey we look forward to putting into place procedures that will improve the high standard of care we already have in place. This will of course be to the benefit of our existing and future clients.
We will never rest on our laurels when it comes to exemplary client care, the treatments we provide and the level of expertise we offer all our clients, this survey serves as a bench mark for now and for the future and we will do our utmost to continue to provide the highest level of client care.
